With the high price of houses there is a growing demand for larger condo units for couples, and families with one or two kids. The option of moving out to the suburbs to afford a house is not what many families are willing to do and are now willing to buy larger condos in the city instead. Seniors who are downsizing are also looking for larger sized condos.
