The roncyBuzzBuzzHome News has just learned that a new condo development will be launching later this year in Roncesvalles Village. Named The Roncy, the new condo will be on the northwest side of Roncesvalles Avenue at Howard Park, right in the heart of Roncesvalles Village.

While the news on The Roncy is still very fresh, we do know that Worsley Urban Partners is the developer behind the new project. The builder has established a strong reputation for its recent work on several successful condo developments across Toronto.

Their recent successes include Kew Beach Living, located just east of Woodbine on the south side of Queen, and IT Lofts, a boutique mid-rise development currently under construction in Little Italy. Worsley Urban Partners is also behind Totem, the 148-unit boutique high-rise currently under construction on Dundonald Street, near Wellesley Station.

The Roncy is expected to launch in the fall so be sure to register to keep up to date as more details become available.

The development will be walking distance to both High Park and Sorauren Park as well as all the boutiques, eateries and cafes that make Roncesvalles such a popular West End neighbourhood.

Residents will also have immediate access to the Dundas streetcar and the King streetcar lines. The Dundas West subway station, as well as stops for the GO Train and the new Union Pearson Express line, are also just north of the new condo.

Details are still hard to come by on The Roncy, but we’ll definitely be reporting all the intel as soon as we learn more. We’ll say it again:register to stay in the loop.
