1. Home Staging Consultation: We will go over each room with you and suggest what you can to do in terms of staging your home within your budget and timeline. We will go over the exact staging steps that will get you a return on investment and nothing else. If you are going to spend $1-2 you should get $4-5 back.
Some of our properties do not need any staging. There may be some minor items to store and some areas to declutter but you are ready to list. Some might need a week or two to get started and some homes might need 4-6 weeks if you require painting and/or minor rennovations. But now is the time to get started as you do not want to miss the spring market.
Curb appeal is also extremely important for house listings. 2. Pre-List Home Inspection: A pre-list home inspection will allow you to proactively complete any fix ups that wil further enhance the emotional appeal of your home. If there are things that we can complete in advance of selling to maximize your selling price, that is something we definately reccommend. We will only reccommend items that will net you a higher selling price.
